Event Information
Have you been touched by adoption?
Then come walk/run for adoption!  This event is designed to not only promote exercise and health, but to raise financial support for families to adopt children.  Inspired by Sanctity of Life Sunday, this event can allow us all to be touched by adoption by raising money for families desiring to adopt.

Event Timeline

  • Early online registration begins April 1st, 2012
  • Day of race registrations begin at 8am.
  • Registration cost is $25/person (online), $35/person day of race.
  • Registration includes a FREE t-shirt.
  • Race day check-in begins at 8:00am and closes at 9:00am
  • Event begins at 9:00am
  • Course closes at 11:00am
Event Date
Adoption Run 2012 will take place on Saturday June 9, 2012 along the Centennial Trail in Snohomish, Washington.

Staging Location
 All staging, registration, check-in, bib pickup, parking and event start and finishes will occur at Snohomish Community Church.  From there participants will be shuttled to the start/finish location, and will be returned to the staging location following their run/walk.  The start/finish line is 1 mile (approx 2 minutes) from the staging area located at;

Other Specifics

Donations
All donations are tax deductible.

Parking
 Parking will be available at Snohomish Community Church with shuttle service from Snohomish Community Church as required to and from the start/finish location approximately 2 minutes away.

Facilities/First Aid
Restrooms and first aid will be available during the event.

Water stations
 Approximately at every 1 mile mark along the course will be refresh stations.

Volunteers
Our volunteer staff will be in Adoption Run t-shirts and will be available to assist you as needed.  Please feel free to ask any of them for help.
